Password Recovery & Account Unlock

Forgot your password or need to change it? No worries — we've got you covered. Here's how to update your password and regain access if your account gets locked.

Change Your Password (while logged in)


If you're already logged in and just want to change your password to something new:

  1. From any screen, click on your name in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Change Password.
  3. In the pop-up window, enter:
    • Your current password
    • Your new password
    • Your new password again (confirmation)
  4. Click Change Password to save.

Password requirements: 8–16 characters, at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.

Unlock Your Account / Forgot Password


If your account is locked or you've forgotten your password, the login screen will display a lock notification message.

  1. On the login screen, click "Forgot your password?"
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Minotaur account.
  3. Click Reset — you'll receive a password reset email.
  4. Open the email and click the "here" hyperlink.
  5. You'll be redirected to the password reset page. Enter your new password.
  6. Click Reset Password.

A confirmation message will appear once your password has been successfully updated. You can now log in with your new credentials.

Note: If you don't receive the reset email, check your spam folder. If the issue persists, contact your organization's administrator.
